Tempered
The soap is the technique used in the Indian sub-continent. Add mustard seeds, turmeric, asafoetida, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, coconut, peas, bay leaf etc. In the oil or in the frying pan, heat it for a short time. This helps in stimulating the essential oil of spices to become independent. After some stirring of some substances, then they are added to the main ones. In some substances, the tempering is done from the end.
