Meeting
Meetings are a formal communication done in a society that aims to make a decision or solve any problems arising. Legitimate meetings should be attended by a number of members of the association as intended in the respective articles of association. Generally, most organizations will determine the presence of two-thirds of its members as quorums to confirm the meeting. Meetings that fail to reach the presence of their members as determined by the Articles of Association, shall be considered invalid and any decision reached shall not be regarded as a decision representing the establishment concerned.
