Land
Soil is a part of the earth's surface comprising mineral and organic matter. Soils are very important for all life on earth, as the soil is capable of supporting the life of plants where plants provide food and oxygen then absorb carbon dioxide and nitrogen. Soil composition varies from one location to another. Land consisting of a pedosphere, lies in the lithosphere interface with biosphere, atmospheric and hydrosphere. The formation of soil, or pedogenesis, is a combined effect of physical, chemical, biological and anthropogenic processes on the geological origin of the soil. LAND is an important basis in agriculture to carry out plantings of various plants whether for food crops, industrial crops or other crops. Soil is formed from the process of weathering since millions of years ago and there are many types of soil-shaped soil that have various features to be studied. Land Science Specialists have made various classifications of land for guidance to all parties how to manage the land to provide optimum returns in planting activities.
