Anergia

Anergia - no reactivity to a given antigen causing impairment of immune function. This is due to the mechanism of immune tolerance and is an active process consisting in actively inhibiting the developing response by specific lymphocytes inhibiting Ts. Anergia – brak reaktywności na dany antygen powodujący upośledzenie funkcji odpornościowych. Jest to wynik mechanizmu tolerancji immunologicznej i jest to proces aktywny polegający na czynnym hamowaniu rozwijającej się odpowiedzi przez swoiste limfocyty hamujące Ts.
