Porażenie

Palsy, paralysis - a condition characterized by complete inability to exercise, due to the lack of nerve stimulation to the muscles. There are: ▪ Negligible palsy of neurogenic origin - caused by peripheral nerve damage, which conducts nerve impulses from the higher centers to the effector, which is the muscle. Neurological symptoms of limb paralysis include: high muscle tone, muscular atrophy, muscular atrophy, paralysis of the limb, neurogenic recording in the electromyogram. Swollen paroxysm of myogenic origin - associated with damage to the muscle or muscle group most often due to injury, underdevelopment, myopathy. ▪ spastic paralysis - paralysis - caused by damage to the central nervous system. Symptoms of spastic paralysis are: increased muscle tone, lack of muscular atrophy, no change in electromyography, clonic reflexes, pathologic reflexes, surface reflexes. Porażenie, paraliż – stan charakteryzujący się całkowitą niemożnością wykonywania ruchu, na skutek braku dopływu bodźców nerwowych do mięśni. Wyróżnia się: ▪ porażenie wiotkie pochodzenia neurogennego – spowodowane uszkodzeniem obwodowym nerwów, przewodzących impulsację nerwową z ośrodków wyższych do efektora, którym jest mięsień. Neurologiczne objawy porażenia wiotkiego, to: duże obniżenie napięcia mięśniowego, zanik mięśni, drżenie pęczkowe mięśni, zniesienie odruchów w objętej paraliżem kończynie, neurogenny zapis w elektromiogramie. ▪ porażenie wiotkie pochodzenia miogennego – związane z uszkodzeniem samego mięśnia lub grupy mięśniowej najczęściej na skutek urazu, niedorozwoju, miopatii. ▪ porażenie spastyczne – porażenie kurczowe – spowodowane uszkodzeniem ośrodkowego układu nerwowego. Objawami paraliżu spastycznego są: wzmożone napięcie mięśniowe, brak zaniku mięśni, brak zmian w badaniu elektromiograficznym, odruchy kloniczne, odruchy patologiczne, zniesienie odruchów powierzchniowych.
