Voucher - a traveler's check, a credit document enabling the delivery of services ordered by a travel agent with a foreign contractor. The vouchers listed on the voucher are paid by the customer and should be spent in the quantity and quality indicated on the voucher. Voucher is a financial document. His copy is always included in the settlement. The same document in the national edition is called a referral. The voucher can be used for the benefit of groups as well as for individual travelers. Because of their destiny, they differ in form. In the individual voucher we always give the name and the name of the voucher maker plus the number of accompanying persons, with group vouchers we use the group number and the number of persons. Voucher for the benefit of the group is usually issued to one contractor for all services ordered by him, ie for a foreign travel agency. Voucher – czek podróżny, dokument kredytowy umożliwiający realizację świadczeń zamówionych przez biuro podróży u zagranicznego kontrahenta. Wymienione na voucherze świadczenia są przez klienta zapłacone i powinny być wydane w ilości i jakości zaznaczonej na voucherze. Voucher jest dokumentem finansowym. Jego kopia zawsze jest dołączona do rozliczenia. Ten sam dokument w wydaniu krajowym nazywamy skierowaniem. Voucher może być przeznaczony na realizację świadczeń zarówno dla grup, jak i również dla turystów indywidualnych. Z uwagi na swoje przeznaczenie, różnią się formą. W voucherze indywidualnym podajemy zawsze nazwisko i imię realizatora vouchera plus liczbę osób towarzyszących, przy voucherach grupowych operujemy numerem grupy i liczbą osób. Voucher na realizację świadczeń dla grupy najczęściej jest wystawiony dla jednego kontrahenta na wszystkie świadczenia do niego zlecone, czyli dla zagranicznego biura podróży. Niemniej może się zdarzyć, iż ze sposobu organizacji imprezy grupowej wynika, że występuje kilku kontrahentów, wówczas dla każdego musimy wystawić voucher.
