CLIENT (s), m. And f. 1) Buyer or consumer (permanent) in a shop, in a public place. 2) A person calling for someone's service (a doctor, lawyer, etc.) taken against him / her. 3) (in ancient Rome) Plebeu under the moral and material protection of an aristocrat, to whom he fully obeyed.
