împinsătură, s. f. (împingere; apăsare). DAR, urmîndu-l pe Giuglea,
Dacor., III, 734, consideră că
împinge „a cheltui”, „a face eforturi economice” reprezintă
lat. impendĕre, cu aceeași confuzie cal
încinde-încinge; însă
ex. aduse nu sînt convingătoare, și se explică mai bine prin
lat. impĭngĕre.
