Langustină
Langustina is a crustacean similar to lobster, but a smaller waist, also called "Norwegian lobster", used in gastronomy as a crevette. Its name comes from French: langoustine. It is marketed, with the exception of French-speaking countries, under the Italian name: scampi. Langustina este un crustaceu asemănător cu homarul, dar de talie mai mică, numit și „homar norvegian”, utilizat în gastronomie ca și creveta. Denumirea sa provine din franceză: langoustine. Se comercializează, cu excepția țărilor francofone, sub denumirea italiană: scampi.
