Real Estate (English: Real Estate) is a civil law concept. It includes buildings such as land and houses that are immovable and can have fixed addresses, so the property is also of real estate. In accordance with Schedule 1 of the Stamp Duty Ordinance, Chapter 117 of the Laws of Hong Kong, the sale of Hong Kong's "immovable property" category 1 documents is subject to stamp duty. The legal definition of immovable property is as follows: ▪ Article 66 of the Civil Code: the land and its fixtures; the product of immovable property, which is not yet separated, is part of the immovable property.
