El Holocausto
El Holocausto, también conocido como Shoah, fue un genocidio en el que aproximadamente seis millones de judíos fueron asesinados por el ejército alemán, bajo el mando de Adolf Hitler y sus colaboradores. Los asesinatos tuvieron lugar en todo el Reich alemán y los territorios ocupados por Alemania. Entre 1941 y 1945, los judíos, los gitanos, los eslavos, los comunistas, los homosexuales, los discapacitados físicos y mentales y los miembros de otros grupos fueron asesinados objetivo y metódicamente en el genocidio más grande del siglo XX.
