Extorsión
La extorsión es un delito de obtener dinero, propiedad o servicios de una persona, entidad o institución, a través de la coerción. La extorsión se distingue del robo. En el robo, armado o no, el delincuente toma la propiedad de la víctima por el uso inmediato de la fuerza o el temor de que la fuerza será utilizada de inmediato La extorsión, que no se limita a la toma de propiedad, implica la instilación verbal o escrita del miedo que Algo le sucederá a la víctima si no cumple con la voluntad del extorsionista.
