Manque de fraude commerciale
La fraude commerciale manquante est le vol de la taxe sur la valeur ajoutée d'un gouvernement par des bandes du crime organisé qui exploitent la manière dont la TVA est traitée dans le commerce multi-juridictionnel où la circulation des marchandises entre les juridictions est sans TVA. Cela permet au fraudeur de facturer la TVA sur la vente de biens, puis, au lieu de le payer à l'autorité de recouvrement du gouvernement, de simplement se faufiler, de prendre la TVA avec lui. Le terme «commerçant manquant» se réfère au fait que le commerçant manque à la TVA. "Carousel" se réfère à un type de fraude plus complexe dans lequel la TVA et les biens sont passés entre les entreprises et les juridictions, de la même manière que le carrousel tourne. Au Royaume-Uni, la fraude est étudiée par HM Revenue \u0026 amp; Douanes et poursuivies par le Service des procureurs de la Couronne et le Bureau de la Couronne et le Service fiscal du procureur.
