Un accord de partage de code, parfois simplement partage de code, est un accord commercial d'aviation où deux compagnies aériennes ou plus partagent le même vol. Un siège peut être acheté sur une compagnie aérienne mais est effectivement exploité par une compagnie aérienne coopérante sous un numéro ou code de vol différent. Le terme «code» désigne l'identifiant utilisé dans le calendrier des vols, généralement le code de désignation et le numéro de vol de l'IATA à deux caractères. Ainsi, XX123, le vol 123 exploité par la compagnie aérienne XX, pourrait également être vendu par la compagnie aérienne YY en tant que YY456 et par ZZ en ZZ9876. Il permet un plus grand accès aux villes grâce au réseau d'une compagnie aérienne donnée sans avoir à proposer des vols supplémentaires, et facilite les connexions en permettant des réservations simples dans plusieurs avions. La plupart des grandes compagnies aériennes ont aujourd'hui des partenariats de partage de code avec d'autres compagnies aériennes et le partage de code est une caractéristique clé des principales alliances aériennes. En vertu d'un accord de partage de code, la compagnie aérienne qui exploite le vol est appelée le transporteur d'exploitation. La société ou les entreprises qui vendent des billets pour ce vol, mais ne fonctionnent pas réellement, elles s'appellent les entreprises de marketing.
