La fermentation de l'acétone et du butanol C'est la fermentation causée par les bactéries anaérobies Clostridium dans le sol. Depuis sa découverte à la fin du 19ème siècle, la bactérie a été utilisée pour produire de l'acétone et du butanol dans le maïs et les patates douces, et a été utilisée à grande échelle comme procédé industriel pour la production d'acétone. 아세톤뷰탄올발효
토양 속에 있는 혐기성세균인 클로스트리듐(Clostridium)균이 일으키는 발효이다. 19세기 말에 발견된 이래 이 균을 이용하여 옥수수·고구마 등에서 아세톤과 뷰탄올을 제조하였으며, 한때 아세톤의 공업적 제조법으로서 대규모로 시행되었다.
