Alperm

Alperm - matériau magnétique, alliage de fer et d'aluminium. Le nom vient du mot aluminium et lat. ferrum 'fer'. Contient de 10 à 17% en poids d'aluminium, la composition la plus commune est de 16% Al, Fe. D'autres noms sont alfenol et alfer. Cet alliage est magnétiquement doux, a une permittivité maximale d'environ 55 000, une induction de saturation allant jusqu'à 1,28 T. Les propriétés magnétiques dépendent fortement de la technologie utilisée. Il est caractérisé par une haute résistivité et dureté. Il est utilisé dans les enregistreurs vidéo, les transformateurs, les relais et autres dispositifs similaires. Alperm contenant 13% Al, en raison de la magnétostriction élevée, est utilisé dans les capteurs magnéto-élastiques. Alperm – materiał magnetyczny, stop żelaza i aluminium. Nazwa pochodzi od słowa aluminium oraz łac. ferrum ‘żelazo’. Zawiera od 10 do 17% wagowych glinu, najczęściej spotykanym składem jest 16% Al, reszta Fe. Inne nazwy to alfenol i alfer. Stop ten jest magnetycznie miękki, ma przenikalność maksymalną rzędu 55 000, indukcja nasycenia sięga 1,28 T. Właściwości magnetyczne są silnie zależne od zastosowanej technologii. Charakteryzuje się dużą rezystywnością i twardością. Ma zastosowanie w produkcji magnetowidów, transformatorów, przekaźników i podobnych urządzeń. Alperm zawierający 13% Al, z powodu dużej magnetostrykcji jest stosowany w czujnikach magnetosprężystych. Alperm wytwarzany jest w postaci taśm walcowanych na grubość 0,5 mm lub taśm odlewanych na wirujący bęben chłodzący - grubość ok. 50-60 μm. Opracowany został w Japonii w 1939 roku przez H. Masumoto i H. Saito.
