Containerboard
Containerboard, também conhecido como CCM ou material de papelão ondulado, é um tipo de cartão especialmente fabricado para a produção de papelão ondulado. O termo engloba tanto o papelão como o papelão ondulado, os dois tipos de papel que compõem o papelão ondulado. Uma vez que o papelão é fabricado principalmente com fibras de madeira natural não branqueadas, geralmente é marrom, embora sua sombra possa variar dependendo do tipo de madeira, processo de fabricação de pasta, taxa de reciclagem e conteúdo de impurezas. Para certas caixas que exigem boa apresentação, a polpa branqueada branca ou o revestimento é usado na parte superior do forro que fica fora da caixa.
