Cestui que / sɛstwi keɪ /, de asemenea calea que, este o versiune prescurtată a căreia se poate folosi le feoffment fuit fait, literal, "Persoana pentru a cărei folosire a fost făcută pradă". Este o frază a unei legi franceze a invenției englezești medievale, care apare în frazele juridice căreia îi este încrederea, călătoria que use sau cestui que vie. În limba engleză contemporană fraza este, de asemenea, pronunțată frecvent "setty-kay" sau "sesty-kay". Potrivit lui Roebuck, folosirea lui Cestui que este pronunțată "settice yuce". Utilizarea lui Cestui que și încrederea lui cestui que sunt termeni mai mult sau mai puțin interschimbabili. În unele materiale medievale, expresia este văzută ca cestui a que. Utilizarea cestui que este persoana în beneficiul căreia se creează încrederea. Dreptul de încredere este persoana care are dreptul la un drept echitabil, spre deosebire de o avere legală. Astfel, dacă terenul este acordat pentru utilizarea lui A în încredere pentru B, A este cestui que încredere, și B trustee, sau de a folosi. Termenul, în principal datorită naturii sale greoaie, a fost practic înlocuit în dreptul modern cu cel al "beneficiarului" și a legii generale a trusturilor.
