Collet
Un collet / kɒlɨt / este un dispozitiv de susținere - în mod specific, un subtip de mandrină - care formează un guler în jurul obiectului care trebuie ținut și exercită o forță de strângere puternică asupra obiectului atunci când este strâns, de obicei prin intermediul unui guler exterior conic. Poate fi folosit pentru a ține o piesă sau o unealtă. O manșon extern este un manșon cu o suprafață interioară cilindrică și o suprafață exterioară conică.
