Un test sau o examinare este o evaluare destinată măsurării cunoștințelor, abilităților, aptitudinilor, aptitudinilor fizice sau clasificării unui testator în multe alte subiecte. Un test poate fi administrat pe cale orală, pe hârtie, pe un computer sau într-o zonă limitată care necesită un testator să efectueze fizic un set de abilități. Testele variază în funcție de stil, rigoare și cerințe.
