Răspunderea juridică este obligația legală de a plăti datoriile. În drept, o persoană are răspundere juridică atunci când este responsabilă din punct de vedere financiar și legal pentru ceva. Răspunderea juridică se referă atât la dreptul civil, cât și la dreptul penal.
