Nachos este un fel de mâncare mexicană de chipsuri de tortilla acoperite cu brânză topită sau sos de brânză, adesea servită ca o gustare. Versiuni mai elaborate adaugă mai multe ingrediente și pot fi servite ca un fel de mâncare principală. Inițial creat în jurul anului 1943 de către Ignacio "Nacho" Anaya, originalul nachos a constat din tortilla de porumb prăjită acoperită cu brânză topită de cheddar și ardei jalapeño tăiate.
