CE ÎNSEAMNĂ POLICY ÎN ENGLEZĂ?
Politică
O politică este un principiu sau un protocol care să ghideze deciziile și să obțină rezultate raționale. O politică este o declarație de intenție și este implementată ca procedură sau protocol. Politicile sunt, în general, adoptate de către Consiliul de conducere sau de organul de conducere superior din cadrul unei organizații, în timp ce procedurile sau protocoalele vor fi elaborate și adoptate de către conducătorii executivi. Politicile pot contribui atât la luarea deciziilor subiective, cât și la cele obiective. Politicile care ajută la luarea deciziilor subiective ar ajuta, de obicei, conducerea superioară cu deciziile care trebuie să ia în considerare meritele relative ale mai multor factori înainte de a lua decizii și, ca urmare, sunt adesea dificil de testat obiectiv, de ex. muncă-viață.
