Sauna
O saună este o cameră mică sau o casă concepută ca un loc unde se pot întâlni sesiuni de căldură uscate sau umede sau o unitate cu una sau mai multe dintre aceste și facilități auxiliare. Aburul și căldura ridicată fac ca băieții să transpire. Saunele pot fi împărțite în două stiluri de bază: saune convenționale care încălzesc aerul sau saunele cu infraroșii care obiecte calde. Saunele cu infraroșu pot folosi diferite materiale în zona lor de încălzire, cum ar fi cărbune, fibre de carbon activ și alte materiale.
