Xerox Corporation Ltd. este o corporație multinațională de gestionare a documentelor americane care produce și vinde o gamă de imprimante color și alb-negru, sisteme multifuncționale, fotocopiatoare, prese de imprimare digitale de producție și servicii și materiale de consultanță aferente. Xerox are sediul central în Norwalk, Connecticut, deși cea mai mare populație de angajați se află în zona Rochester, New York, zona în care a fost fondată compania. La data de 28 septembrie 2009, Xerox a anunțat achiziționarea intenționată de Affiliated Computer Services pentru suma de 6,4 miliarde de dolari. Tranzacția a fost încheiată la 8 februarie 2010. Cercetătorii de la Xerox și Centrul de Cercetare Palo Alto au inventat câteva elemente importante ale computerelor personale, cum ar fi grafica metafora desktop, mouse-ul computerului și computerele desktop.
