Kolaj, öncelikle görsel sanatlarda kullanılan, sanatın farklı şekillerde bir araya getirildiği ve böylece yeni bir bütün oluşturduğu bir sanat ürünü tekniğidir. Bir kolaj bazen dergi ve gazete kupürleri, şeritler, boya, renkli veya el yapımı kağıt parçaları, diğer resimlerin veya metinlerin bölümleri, fotoğraf ve diğer bulunmuş nesneleri, bir kağıt veya tuval üzerine yapıştırılmış olarak içerebilir.
