El feneri elle taşınabilir, elektrikle çalışan ışık kaynağıdır. Genellikle ışık kaynağı küçük bir akkor ampul veya ışık yayan diyottur. Tipik bir el feneri, bir reflektöre monte edilmiş bir ampul, ışık kaynağını ve reflektörü korumak için şeffaf bir kapak, bir pil ve bir anahtardan oluşur.
