Amnestie bedeutet im Allgemeinen die Vergebung der Schuld von jemandem. Es gibt Regeln für die Behandlung aller Gesellschaften, angefangen bei der Familie, in der Schule und in der Gesellschaft. Gegen diese Regel zu verstoßen gilt als Verbrechen oder Vergehen. Ein Vater kann jedoch einem unregelmäßigen Verhalten eines Kindes, eines Lehramtsstudenten, vergeben. Im Fall der Amnestie im Gesetz muss der Staat die Straftäter in einigen Fällen spenden. In diesem Fall ist die Amnestie eine Strafe für ein Gericht oder sogar ein direktes Verbrechen, das ignoriert werden muss. Amnestie ist unterteilt in allgemeine Amnestie und Sonderamnestie. Es ist ein spezifisches Vergehen und eine Affa-Generalamnestie, die die Bestrafung derjenigen, die wegen dieses Verbrechens verurteilt wurden, beseitigt. Die Akten der Anklage im Büro des Staatsanwalts werden gelöscht und die Person gilt als nie verurteilt. Es kann unfair und falsch in einem Urteil sein. Amnestie wird auch Sonderamnestie für die Korrektur solcher ungerechter und falscher Entscheidungen und die Vergebung von älteren oder kranken Gefangenen genannt. Eine besondere Amnestie erleichtert nur die Anwendung der Strafe oder hebt sie ganz auf.
