WHAT DOES ANOPHELES MEAN IN GERMAN?

anopheles

Anopheles, also called malaria, fork or fever mosquitoes, is a genus in the family of mosquitoes and named for the subfamily Anophelinae. The genus comprises about 420 species, with around 40 species worldwide being the carriers of malaria. Malariamucks are about six millimeters relatively small and have a slender body structure, but are still recognizable in their body position: the body is usually at an angle of about 30 to 45 ° to the ground. There are numerous species and subspecies, which are only partially distinguished by specialists because of their great similarity.
