का भाव प्रधान है और 'लटकना' शब्द में ऊपर से नीचे तक
फैले रहने या अधर में हिलने डोलने का । जैसे,—(क) तसवीर
बहुत नीचे तक लटक आई है । (ख) कूएँ में डीरी लटक रही है । ऐसे स्थलों पर 'र्टगना' शब्द का प्रयोग नहीं हो सकता ।
