Definition of 흑당소주 in the Korean dictionary
Shochu made from black shochu Black shochu and black shochu made from raw materials are now allowed to be manufactured only in the Oshima tax office in Kagoshima prefecture. It has a unique fragrant smell and sweetness resembling rum. It makes the first sake such as sweet potato shochu and melts black sugar in water. The fermentation is completed within about 15 days, but the ingredients are acidity of 6 to 9, alcohol concentration of 14 to 16%, and the yield is about 460 liters of pure alcohol per ton of raw material. 흑당소주 흑국과 흑당을 원료로 제조한 소주로, 현재 가고시마현 오오시마 세무서 관내에서만 제조가 허용되고 있다. 럼(Rum)과 닮은 특유의 향기로운 냄새와 감미를 갖고 있다. 고구마소주와 같은 1차 술덧을 만들고 흑당을 물에 녹여 가한다. 약 15일 내에 발효가 끝나지만, 이때의 성분은 산도 6~9, 알코올농도 14~16%, 수량은 원료 1톤당 순 알코올 460ℓ전후이다.
