Wiltar
Wilta or Orokhwa is a language of the Wilta and belongs to a subgroup of the Altay language Manchu Tunguses. It is similar to the Orkhari of the Amur River. In Russia, it is distributed in the Sakhalin state of Poland and the Noriksky family. In Japan, Wiltar users live mainly in Hokkaido, but the number is unknown. According to a survey in 2002, 346 Wilta lived in Russia, 64 of whom lived in Wilta. The language is now at risk of extinction due to a decrease in the number of speakers. There are two dialects of Wiltar (Northern dialects (East Sakhalin side) and Southern dialects (Poorniski group)), which is part of the Southern dialect of Hokkaido. Wilthar is used as a means of spoken communication in life among the old generation, and also as a language for oral ethnic creation and artistic activity. The second native language of the Wilta is Russian and Japanese. The character does not exist.
