If you boil the spinach and roast in boiling water, boil it. If the soup boils, put the sliced green onion, chopped garlic, and boil it to the soup. It is about 7 ~ 9cm long and resembles about half of lobster and shrimp. It is similar to the giant tsunami called "goshi" on the southern coast, but it is different in kind, round and small in size than ginseng, and the crust of the exoskeleton is low in crustaceans. In Chungcheongnam-do, it is called Seolgi and Seulgeo. In spring, early summer is seasonal, and the taste is sweet, but it is used in various ways such as soup, rice cake, roast, chestnut, steamed rice. It is also called Senggiguk, Senggiguk. 쏙국 끓는 물에 시금치, 쏙을 넣어 끓이다가 국물이 끓으면 어슷하게 썬 대파, 다진 마늘을 넣고 한소끔 끓으면 국간장으로 간을 한 국을 말한다.쑥은 절지동물 십각목 쏙과의 갑각류로 몸의 길이는 7∼9cm 정도이고, 가재와 새우를 반반 정도 닮은 모양새이다. 남해안에서 쏙이라 불리는 갯가재와는 비슷하게 생겼지만 종류가 다르며, 갯가재보다 둥글고 크기가 작으며 갑각류 중에서는 외골격의 석회도가 낮아 외피가 물렁물렁하다. 충남에서는 설기, 설게 등으로 불린다. 봄에서 초여름이 제철이며, 맛이 구수하면서도 단맛이 나며, 국, 떡, 젓, 장, 찜 등 다양하게 이용된다. 설기국, 설게국이라고도 한다.
