WHAT DOES HAK MEAN IN MALAY?
Right
Right is one that is naturally owned by every human being. For example a child is entitled to inherit the property of his deceased father or mother. That's what it means in general. But in terms of the rights community it refers to something that can be done or should be given to the people. The right to education, the right to voice and the like. Usually the right to exist for humanity is a human right. But every government has the power to determine the rights of citizens in their own country. There are half governments that adopt standard human rights and these rights are enshrined in the respective national constitution. But there are some countries, for example in the United States that give the right to own weapons, while this right is not available in countries like Malaysia. Whereas half the government granted limited rights to its people. For example, in the past, blacks and Indians in South Africa were not given the right to vote, while white citizens were allowed to vote.
