Honey
Honey is a very useful food that is taken by bees and taken from flowers and fruit buds and nectar is formed by the invertase enzyme in the bodies of so-called honey mides of bears and is placed in honeycomb cells. Thanks to the invertase enzyme they provide, the nectar is converted into simple sugars in the form of fructose and glucose by inversion of the invertase enzyme, which fills the water to the extent that fermentation does not occur. The flavor and consistency we know is due to the special ventilation system installed in the chimney cells and provided with honey that is covered with a wax-cap. The difference in honey color, sugar balance and flavor is due to the totally collected nectar. The aroma of honey gives the aromatic essential oils in the flowers, which is the oil that gives the smells of the flowers at the same time. For honey production, 900 thousand bees have to work one day to collect ½ kg raw nectar. The collected nectar can only be converted to honey. The amount of honey obtained depends on the sugar concentration of the nectar that is introduced.
