Difamación

La difamación, también llamada calumnia, calumnia o calumnia, es la comunicación de una declaración falsa que daña la reputación de un individuo, empresa, producto, grupo, gobierno, religión o nación. La mayoría de las jurisdicciones permiten acciones legales para disuadir a varios tipos de difamación y tomar represalias contra críticas sin fundamento.
