Intimidation

La intimidación es una conducta intencional que "causaría a una persona de sensibilidades ordinarias" el temor a lesiones o daños. No es necesario probar que el comportamiento fue tan violento como para causar terror o que la víctima estaba realmente asustada. La amenaza criminal es el delito de intención o conocimiento de poner a otra persona en el temor de lesiones corporales inminentes.
