Les personnes Fula ou Fulani ou Fulɓe sont l'un des plus grands groupes ethnolinguistiques en Afrique, soit environ 40 millions de personnes au total. Ils forment l'un des plus dispersés et culturellement diversifiés des peuples d'Afrique. Les Fulani sont liés par la langue commune de Fulfulde, ainsi que par certains éléments fondamentaux de la culture Fulbe, tels que The pulaaku, un code de conduite commun à tous les groupes Fulani. Une proportion significative de leur nombre sont nomades, ce qui en fait le plus grand groupe nomade pastoral dans le monde.
