La coquille de rasoir, Ensis arcuatus, également appelée palourde de rasoir ou poisson rasoir, est un bivalve de la famille des Pharidae. Il se trouve sur les plages sablonneuses du nord de l'Europe et de l'est du Canada, comme l'Île-du-Prince-Édouard, où il est très fréquent. Dans certains endroits, le nom commun «coquille de rasoir» sert également à désigner les membres de la famille Solenidae, y compris les espèces des genres Ensis et Solen, par certaines classifications taxonomiques qui incluent les familles des pharidés dans la famille Solenidae. Il préfère un sable plus grossier que ses parents E. ensis et E. siliqua.
