Thane
Thane est une ville de Maharashtra, en Inde, à la tête du ruisseau Thane. Le nom provient d'une anglicisation de Shri Sthanak, son nom antérieur basé sur un temple de Ganesha. Thane également connu sous le nom de «la ville des lacs» est le quartier général administratif du district de Thane. Le 16 avril 1854, le G.I.P.
