Um condomínio, ou condomínio, é a forma de posse de habitação e outros bens imóveis, onde uma parte específica de um imóvel é de propriedade individual. O uso e o acesso a instalações comuns em peça, como corredores, sistema de aquecimento, elevadores e áreas exteriores, são executados sob direitos legais associados à propriedade individual. Nas regiões hispânicas, o termo tradicional propriedade horizontal é retido desde que o horizonte neste caso significa "definido". Na África do Sul, essa forma de propriedade é chamada de "título de seção".
