Caboc
Caboc este o brânză cremă scoțiană, confecționată cu lapte cremă dublă sau lapte îmbogățit cu smântână. Această brânză fără cheag este formată dintr-o formă de jurnal și laminată în fulgi de ovăz prăjită, servită cu oțet sau pâine prăjită. Textura este netedă, ușor mai groasă și mai granuloasă decât crema coagulată, în timp ce culoarea este galben palid. Conținutul de grăsime este de obicei 67-69%, ceea ce este comparabil cu brânzeturile bogate continentale cum ar fi mascarpona.
