Dough (pronunție (info · info)) este o pastă groasă, maleabilă, uneori elastică, din orice cereale (boabe) sau culturi leguminoase. Adezivul este produs în mod obișnuit prin amestecarea făinii cu o cantitate mică de apă și / sau alt lichid și uneori include drojdii sau alți agenți de coagulare precum și alte ingrediente cum ar fi diferite grăsimi sau arome.
