Monopolizarea

În legislația antitrust din SUA, monopolizarea este o infracțiune, iar principalele categorii de comportament interzis includ negocierea prețurilor, refuzul de a furniza o facilitate esențială, legarea produselor și prețurile de ruinare. Monopolizarea este o infracțiune în conformitate cu secțiunea 2 din American Sherman Antitrust Act 1890.
