Kabotaj
Cabotage / kæbətɨdʒ / geleneksel olarak kıyı yollarında, limandan limana nakliye anlamına gelir. Şimdi kelime, sıklıkla aynı ülkedeki iki nokta arasındaki malların veya yolcuların başka bir ülkede kayıtlı bir tekne veya bir uçak tarafından taşınması anlamına geliyor. Başlangıçta bir nakliye şartı, kabotaj şimdi havacılık, demiryolları ve karayolu taşımacılığı da kapsar. Kabotaj "kıyı sularında ticaret veya seyir veya bir ülkenin hava trafik alanındaki faaliyeti için münhasır hakkı" dır. Kabotaj, bir ülkeden bir şirketin başka bir ülkede ticaret yapma hakkı olan "kabotaj hakları" bağlamında kullanılır. Havacılık açısından başka bir ülkenin iç sınırları içinde faaliyet yapma hakkıdır. Çoğu ülke, ekonomik korumacılık, ulusal güvenlik veya kamu güvenliği nedeniyle aviation kabotajına izin vermez.
