Acanthoszytose
Acanthoscytose ist die Anwesenheit einer Art von abnormen roten Blutkörperchen im Blutkreislauf, genannt Akanthocyten. Es gibt mehrere Krankheiten, in denen Akanthoszytose beobachtet werden kann, die sind: ▪ Abetalipoproteinämie oder Bassen Kornzweig-Syndrom: Es ist die erbliche Familienform. Bei dieser Erkrankung sind 80% der RBCs im zirkulierenden Blut Akanthoszyten. Wegen der Unfähigkeit des Darms, diätetische Fette zu absorbieren, fallen Durchfall oder fettige Stühle und Lernschwierigkeiten bei Kindern.
