Cupón: un cheque de viajero, un documento de crédito que permite la entrega de servicios solicitados por un agente de viajes con un contratista extranjero. Los cupones enumerados en el cupón los paga el cliente y deben gastarse en la cantidad y calidad indicadas en el cupón. El comprobante es un documento financiero. Su copia siempre está incluida en el acuerdo. El mismo documento en la edición nacional se llama referencia. El comprobante se puede usar para el beneficio de grupos como también para viajeros individuales. Debido a su destino, difieren en su forma. Voucher na realizację świadczeń dla grupy najczęściej jest wystawiony dla jednego kontrahenta na wszystkie świadczenia do niego zlecone, czyli dla zagranicznego biura podróży. Niemniej może się zdarzyć, iż ze sposobu organizacji imprezy grupowej wynika, że występuje kilku kontrahentów, wówczas dla każdego musimy wystawić voucher.
