Fledge
Fledge est la scène de la vie d'un jeune oiseau lorsque les plumes et les muscles de l'aile sont suffisamment développés pour le vol. Il décrit également l'acte des parents d'un garçon qui l'élevent à un état pleinement développé. Un jeune oiseau qui a connu récemment, mais qui dépend toujours des soins parentaux et de l'alimentation est appelé un débutant. En ornithologie, la signification de la fuite varie selon les espèces.
