Harcèlement

Harassment

Le harcèlement couvre un large éventail de comportements de nature offensive. Il est couramment considéré comme un comportement destiné à déranger ou à contrer, et il est caractéristique répétitif. Au sens juridique, c'est un comportement intentionnel qui se trouve menaçant ou perturbant. Le harcèlement sexuel se réfère à des progrès sexuels persistants et indésirables, généralement dans le lieu de travail, où les conséquences du refus sont potentiellement très désavantageuses pour la victime. Harassment covers a wide range of behaviours of an offensive nature. It is commonly understood as behaviour intended to disturb or upset, and it is characteristically repetitive. In the legal sense, it is intentional behaviour which is found threatening or disturbing. Sexual harassment refers to persistent and unwanted sexual advances, typically in the workplace, where the consequences of refusing are potentially very disadvantageous to the victim.
