Les houblons sont les fleurs femelles de la plante de houblon, Humulus lupulus. Ils sont utilisés principalement comme agents aromatisants et stables dans la bière, auxquels ils donnent une saveur amère et piquante, bien que le houblon soit également utilisé à diverses fins dans d'autres boissons et phytothérapeutes.
